The latest version of the Peterbilt 520 made its debut at the 2017 WasteExpo. The Peterbilt 520 has been one of the all stars of the refuse industry. The latest version of the truck will come with several updates and changes over previous models, including new 2017 Peterbilt 520 cab options.

Peterbilt 520 Seating Options

The Peterbilt 520 will now be offered in four cab configurations: Left-Hand Drive, Right-Hand Drive, Right-Hand Stand-Up Drive and Dual Seated Drive.

Peterbilt Model 520 dual-seated drive intriorLeft-Hand Drive or Right-Hand Drive cabs provide an elevated seating position that will keep the driver comfortable while on the job.

Peterbilt’s Dual Seated Drive configuration was first introduced for the 2016 model year. This unique style of cab allows drivers to operate the Peterbilt 520 from either the left or right position, depending on the situation.

Peterbilt’s redesigned Right-Hand Stand-Up cab configuration is designed to make entering and exiting easy. This cab options is ideal for drivers who exit the cab multiple times during their route. The cab offers an adjustable seat, angled steering wheel and a dead-pedal for the driver’s left foot.
