Went here on Wed due to an electrical issue of sum sort involving tractor ABS, cab blower motor, window wipers, R door window switch operation & loss of reverse lights & back up beeper… Chad was ok… Rachel was nice… Both seemed short w/Me & I wasn’t for sure how well things were gona go… They got Me in despite bein later than expected due to unload delays… I believe Hunter was the tech working on it… He found a recall for the Tractor ABS that he took care of & got the light to go off!! He also found that the CECU needed an update & did that!! However, that did not fix issue… Thinks may b cab control unit or electrical issue!! Day was done… As I started to pull out of the lot, Tractor ABS light came on… So I u-turned in lot & went back into Rachel to show her a pic of the light on… She stated they feared it mite come back on after recall fix bcuz of actual ABS issues… So discussed returning in morning to have it rechecked & to get schematic wiring printout… Arrived at 07, checked in w/Chad & let him know Boss was giving til noon to work on it as I had to b on the road after that!! He the informed Me that the tech was not in til 08, so waited… 08 he came & got truck! Checked in w/Chad at 09, nuthin fixed as he had no update from the tech… Checked in w/Chad at 1015, stil no update from tech… I went to truck to get a bottle of water, tech was in cab w/dash apart working… He stated he had found no new issue w/Tractor ABS recall & that there must be another issue w/it! He also said he had found a few ground connections that were bad & corrected/improved them, but stil not fixing the issues… 11 check in & Chad stil had no word…?!? 1140 Chad came to lounge & informed Me tech has not corrected the issues, has found questionable compound connections & corrected 3 or 4 of them, but would need more time to continue diagnosing it… I figured Noe they r just dragging their feet to rack up more charges… So, I went to talk to Nathan bout a wiring diagram & schematic so that We can trace out the wires ourselves when I get home! He stated they can not print complete wiring diagrams out anymore! But if I had a specific wire or circuit I was wanting to find, he could print out an individual circuit trace… He then asked if I had talked to Kyle bout the issue of if I knew Kyle had been informed of My issue bcuz Kyle is his goto Guy for electrical issues… No I had not nor did I know who Kyle was or if he was informed as Hunter is the only one I had talked to of been told was working on it… So Nathan went to Kyle & asked him to go take a look at it w/Hunter… Probably 15 mins later Kyle came in & said it was done, fixed & ready to go… A relay was bad & it is in behind dash hidden & unlabeled…!?! Rachel was a Doll, got Wed’s charges reversed since nuthin was accomplished!! Overall, a Great experience after initial impression wasn’t the greatest…!!... More

Best customer service EVER! John Loos is incredible he and his team went above and beyond, worked quickly on getting me back on the road same day when I could’ve been down for a week! He graciously was able to get parts from a nearby dealership instead of having parts shipped from Texas. Hands down best experience I’ve had at any dealership in my 4+ years of driving trucks.

Lacey the service advisor was great to work with! She worked me into the schedule. Prices were average she kept me up to date on what was going on with my semi made sure I approved everything before they installed parts so there wasn’t no surprise on the bill. She is great with customers highly advise going to this shop thanks Lacey!

Very friendly people. Got me in super quick! Very fair pricing charged me 1 hour labor for a brake chamber and did a free inspection on my truck. We need more shops like this thank you!!!
